Bilingual Process Technician (Spanish/English)
Greer, SC 29651 (On-site)
1st Shift: 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday–Friday
Weekends as needed $16.00 per hour
Masis Staffing is hiring a Bilingual Process Technician (Spanish/English) to support safe, efficient, and high-quality manufacturing operations. This is a hands-on role for a strong, safety-focused candidate who can handle heavy lifting and wants to grow training provided on gauges and CNC programming.
Interview required before starting.
What You’ll Do as a Bilingual Process Technician (Spanish/English)

Support production by monitoring processes and maintaining quality standards
Make basic adjustments and help troubleshoot issues (training provided)
Use gauges/measurement tools and complete routine checks (training provided)
Document results and follow work instructions
Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow PPE/safety rules
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements as a Bilingual Process Technician (Spanish/English)

Bilingual: English + Spanish (required)
Heavy lifter: must be able to lift 60 lbs regularly
Must be able to stand for extended periods
Reliable attendance and ability to work weekends/OT as needed
Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
