We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented BilingualTraffic Clerk to join our team. This role is responsible for coordinating and managing the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely and accurate shipments. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills in both English and Spanish, as well as experience in logistics, traffic coordination, or similar fields.
Responsabilities for Traffic Clerk
Plan and coordinate the movement of goods and materials to and from various locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Monitor shipping schedules and ensure shipments are properly documented and tracked.
Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving records, including bills of lading, invoices, and inventory documentation.
Verify the accuracy of shipping data and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.
Assist customers with shipping inquiries, order statuses, and other concerns in both languages, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Requirments for Traffic Clerk
Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal communication.
Previous experience in traffic coordination, logistics, shipping, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skill.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and shipping software systems.
Compensation/Benefits for Traffic Clerk
Salary: $18.00 + DOE
