Structural Carpenter (Berlin, NJ)

Skilled in framing or roofing? Join a fast-paced, stable construction assembly team as a structural carpenter – TODAY!

We Offer:

  • 5-day work week (Mon–Fri)+OT
  • Starting wage of $18.56–$21.20 per hour, based on experience, plus performance bonuses of up to $300 per month. With bonuses, this equates to $22–$24 per hour
  • Long-term, stable work all-year!

What We Need:
This role requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including:

  • No Experience Necessary, 1+ years carpentry preferred
  • Ability to lift 80 lbs
  • Reliable, safety-focused, team player
  • Basic hand tools required

Required PPE & Tools

  • Steel toe boots
  • 25 ft tape measure
  • 20 oz upright claw hammer

Shifts:

  • 1st 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
  • 2nd 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
