Production Worker:
The Production Worker will perform a variety of general tasks to support production operations, including packing, making boxes, grooming products, sorting quality defects, and other duties as assigned. This role may involve working on both the frying and packaging sides of the production line. The position requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs. and maintain flexibility to support various functions as needed.

2nd Shift: 3:00pm to 12:30am $18.00 per hour. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend daily huddle meetings.
  • Identify, sort, and discard quality defects found in the product.
  • Pack corndogs and prepare boxes.
  • Stack cartons and groom products.
  • Weigh and load boxes for shipment.
  • Supply materials to the line as needed (e.g., gloves, cartons, tape guns).
  • Load products into fryers.
  • Provide break coverage for palletization area.
  • Use plastic scrapers to separate products on shaker tables.
  • Assist in assembling equipment using small hand tools when necessary.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Follow all company safety and quality standards.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Language Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Comfortable working in a bilingual environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 15 lbs. regularly and 30 lbs. occasionally
  • Stand for extended periods (up to 8–12 hours/day).
  • Walk on slippery or wet surfaces.
  • Climb small ladders or work on platforms.
  • Work on and near moving conveyor belts.
  • Operate near forklift traffic.
  • Perform duties in confined spaces on production lines.
  • Frequent reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, and hearing required.

This role will require extended hours based on production needs, including work to be performed after regular business hours and on weekends. Duties, responsibilities, and activities may change or be assigned at any time, with or without notice, by management.
