Inspector Packer $17 – $23 – Neptune NJ

Are you detail-oriented and interested in a hands-on manufacturing opportunity? We are currently hiring an Inspector Packer to join a fast-paced production team in Neptune City, NJ. This Inspector Packer role is ideal for candidates who enjoy quality inspection, assembly work, packaging, and working in a team-driven manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities of the Inspector Packer:

• Perform quality inspections as an Inspector Packer on plastic components to ensure products meet company standards.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and complete production tasks such as checking parts, assembling components, and separating defective items.
• Assemble and package finished products, including building boxes, packing items, and stacking pallets for shipment.
• Label containers and prepare materials for shipping and distribution.
• Use scales and measuring tools to verify accurate counts and product weights.
• Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace while following all safety procedures and guidelines.

Requirements for the Inspector Packer:

• Minimum of 1 year of recent manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods, including 12-hour shifts.
• Ability to lift up to 20 lbs consistently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product defects.
• Basic math skills, including counting and measuring.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently as an Inspector Packer.
• Basic English skills required for reading instructions and completing documentation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish candidates are encouraged to apply.

Compensation and Benefits for the Inspector Packer:

• Day shift hrs: 6:30am to 7pm
• NIght shift hrs: 6:30pm to 7am
• Full-time schedule with rotating 12-hour shifts (2-3-2 schedule).
