CNC Machinist
North Haven, CT
Are you ready to join a dynamic team in a manufacturing environment? Our client is seeking dedicated and experienced CNC Machinist to become an integral part of their team.
Required Skills for CNC Machinist:
• Individual must have experience setting & touching off tools, interpret basic G-code, and have the ability to accurately offsets lathes to meet quality requirements.
• Candidate should possess the skills to accurate measure parts utilizing micrometers, indicators, bore gages, optical comparator, etc..
• Job at times will consist of operating machines and performing various machining/manufacturing tasks.
• Read & understand work instructions, operation sheets and basic geometrical tolerances on blueprints.
Qualifications for CNC Machinist
• 5+ years set-up experience
• Results and detail oriented
• Analytical thinking
• Ability to read/interpret Blueprint
• Works well independently & within a Team
