Masis Staffing is hiring Line Workers for a unique candle manufacturing warehouse in New Albany, OH. You’ll work with a team on an active production line helping create finished candle products.

Line Worker Schedule & Pay:

1st shift- Monday-Friday, 6:30am-2:30pm at $14.00 an hour.
2nd shift- Monday-Friday, 2:30pm-10:30pm at $14.50 an hour.
3rd shift- Sunday-Thursday, 10:30pm-6:30am at $15.50 an hour.
Pay Frequency: Weekly

Line Worker (Essential Duties):

Load glass onto the glue machine conveyor
Load glass onto the pour conveyor using fixtures
Cut wicks and complete basic candle prep
Clean candles with a rag to ensure quality
Hand-apply labels
Place lids on candles
Pack candles into inserts and pack into master boxes
Tape and stack boxes onto pallets

Tools you may use: wick cutters, pokers, hooks, pliers, scissors, safety knife, tape machine.

Physical Demands / Work Environment:

Stand and walk for extended periods
Frequent use of hands (handling, reaching, gripping)
Ability to bend, crouch, kneel, and occasionally balance/climb
Lift/move 50+ lbs with assistance when needed
Exposure to moving mechanical parts and strong aromas
Occasional airborne particles; moderate noise level
