Are you ready to join a dynamic team where precision and attention to detail are key? Our client is seeking dedicated individuals to join their 3rd shift fabric prep team. This role is essential in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our client's production process.
Responsibilities of the fabric Prep
Operate hydraulic trimming presses to load and unload parts, cutting, shaping, trimming, and punching holes.
Perform various hand trimming operations and non-complex (sub)assembly tasks.
Conduct routine hand and machine operations to process parts and components.
Make necessary visual or template inspections of parts, ensuring quality standards are met.
Separate defective or questionable parts and prepare completed work for inspection.
Operate additional hydraulic presses for assembly and fabrication operations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area, adhering to safety regulations.
Requirements of the fabric Prep
Experience operating hydraulic presses or similar machinery is preferred.
Ability to perform visual inspections and use templates for quality assurance.
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety protocols.
Capability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and efficiency.
Good communication skills to report equipment issues or questionable conditions.
Ability to maintain quality standards and complete necessary documentation.
Willingness to work the 3rd shift and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
