Job Summary:

Masis Staffing is currently hiring an International Coordinator to support our client’s international operations in a fast-paced administrative environment. This is a first-shift, non-equipment operator position focusing on import/export support, shipping coordination, and document handling. Job Title: International Coordinator
Employment Type: Long Term Contract
Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour
City, State, and Zip Code: Olive Branch, MS 38654

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with some OT on Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate international shipping and receiving logistics
  • Maintain and manage import/export documentation
  • Communicate with freight brokers, carriers, and internal departments to ensure timely shipments
  • Track shipment statuses and update internal databases
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, document filing, and record keeping
  • Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal company policies
  • Support various administrative functions as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Previous clerical or administrative experience is required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel (intermediate level)
  • Prior experience in import/export or international logistics is a strong plus
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Must be able to work first shift (see schedule below)
  • This is a non-equipment role – no machinery operation involved
