Reach Truck Operator $24.14hr, Wall NJ

Are you an experienced Reach Truck Operator looking for a stable weekday schedule and competitive pay? We are currently hiring a Reach Truck Operator for a 12-week assignment in Wall, NJ. This Reach Truck Operator opportunity is ideal for a safety-conscious warehouse professional who enjoys working in a fast-paced production environment and takes pride in maintaining equipment and supporting efficient operations.

Responsibilities of the Reach Truck Operator:

  • Operate a reach truck safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the facility.
  • Load and unload product to support production schedules and ensure materials are available when needed.
  • Complete daily pre-shift inspections and routine checks to ensure the reach truck is operating properly.
  • Maintain cleanliness of the reach truck and surrounding work areas between shifts.
  • Assist with loading and unloading product on production lines to maintain workflow efficiency.
  • Complete weekly maintenance checklists, including inspecting equipment functions, cleaning equipment, and reporting concerns.
  • Report equipment issues, safety concerns, or operational problems to the supervisor promptly.
  • Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse operating guidelines.

Requirements for the Reach Truck Operator:

  • Previous experience as a Reach Truck Operator required.
  • Ability to operate material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to safety, detail, and equipment care.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  • Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed throughout the shift.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Compensation and Benefits for the Reach Truck Operator:

  • Pay rate: $24.15 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Assignment length: 12 weeks beginning June 24
  • Weekly pay
  • Opportunity to gain experience with a well-established manufacturing operation
