Receiving Loader / Forklift Operator Wall, NJ – $22.1hr.

Are you an experienced warehouse professional looking for a steady weekday schedule in a fast-paced environment? We are currently hiring a Receiving Loader / Forklift Operator to support receiving and shipping operations in a busy distribution setting. This Receiving Loader / Forklift Operator role is ideal for someone reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with RF scanners, pallets, and material handling equipment.

Responsibilities of the Receiving Loader / Forklift Operator:

  • Unload incoming trucks safely and efficiently as a Receiving Loader / Forklift Operator.
  • Use an RF scanner (smartphone/tablet-style device) to track, verify, and process inventory.
  • Read labels and accurately match product numbers to ensure correct receiving and storage.
  • Build, wrap, and label pallets for storage or shipment.
  • Load boxes (up to 50 lbs.) onto UPS trucks and prepare outbound shipments.
  • Maintain accurate workflow and support warehouse receiving and shipping operations.
  • Follow all safety procedures and wear required safety gear at all times.

Requirements for the Receiving Loader / Forklift Operator:

  • Previous experience as a forklift operator or Receiving Loader / Forklift Operator preferred.
  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical warehouse work.
  • Experience using RF scanners or similar handheld devices preferred.
  • Ability to read labels, match numbers, and follow detailed instructions.
  • Willingness to work overtime and weekends during peak season (September–December).
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to wear safety shoes and safety vest at all times (provided by company).

Compensation and Benefits for the Receiving Loader / Forklift Operator:

  • Pay rate: $22.19 per hour
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • Casual, neat dress code
  • Overtime and weekend opportunities during peak season
  • Weekly pay
  • Stable warehouse opportunity with potential for long-term placement
