Customer Service Representative
Location: Tolleson, AZ 85353
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am-3pm
Compensation: $21.00/hr. – $24.00/hr.
Job Summary
The Customer Service Representative serves as the primary point of contact between customers, warehouse operations, and transportation teams. This role is responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing orders, tracking shipments, resolving issues, and ensuring accurate communication regarding inventory and delivery status.
Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently.
  • Monitor order status and provide shipment updates to customers.
  • Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints, shipment discrepancies, and inventory issues.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and order documentation.
  • Communicate with carriers regarding shipping schedules, delays, and delivery concerns.
  • Prepare reports related to customer service activities and order performance.
  • Assist with inventory inquiries and stock availability requests.
  • Follow company policies and service standards to ensure customer satisfaction.
