Electro-Mechanical Assembler II
Location: Westborough MA
Pay: $22–$26 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time

We're looking for experienced Electro-Mechanical Assemblers to join a growing advanced manufacturing team in Westborough, MA. In this role, you'll build complex electrical and mechanical assemblies used in cutting-edge capital equipment and biomedical technologies while working alongside experienced engineers and manufacturing professionals.

What You'll Be Building

  • Electro-mechanical assemblies
  • Electrical panels and control boxes
  • Precision mechanical and pneumatic assemblies
  • Biomedical devices and capital equipment
  • Cable assemblies and point-to-point wiring

What You'll Do

  • Assemble products from blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and BOMs
  • Perform point-to-point wiring and cable routing
  • Build electrical panels, chassis, and subassemblies
  • Use hand and power tools with precision
  • Inspect your work using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools
  • Troubleshoot assembly issues when needed
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Quality teams
  • Learn new product builds and help train teammates

Required Experience

We're looking for candidates with experience in one or more of the following:

  • Electro-mechanical assembly
  • Electrical panel assembly
  • Mechanical assembly
  • Point-to-point wiring
  • Reading blueprints, schematics, or wiring diagrams
  • Using hand and power tools
  • Working from Bills of Material (BOMs)
  • Precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers)
  • High-quality manufacturing or production environments

Bonus Skills

  • Control panel wiring
  • Biomedical or medical device manufacturing
  • Capital equipment assembly
  • Clean room manufacturing
  • PC hardware installation or configuration
  • Troubleshooting electrical assemblies
