Outbound Loader – 3rd Shift

Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Outbound Loader to join our warehouse team on the 3rd Shift. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately loading outbound trailers, scanning products, and ensuring all shipments are prepared safely and efficiently for delivery. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and experienced operating a Stand-Up Forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Schedule & Pay

  • Shift: 3rd Shift
  • Days: Monday through Friday
  • Hours: 8:00 PM – 6:30 AM
  • Pay Rate: $23.00 per hour

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently load outbound trailers according to company standards and procedures.
  • Operate a Stand-Up Forklift to move, stage, and load materials.
  • Accurately scan products and complete inventory transactions using warehouse scanning equipment.
  • Investigate and resolve scanning discrepancies to ensure inventory accuracy.
  • Inspect products and containers for damage and report any issues to management.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by performing regular housekeeping duties.
  • Follow all warehouse safety policies, procedures, and quality standards.
  • Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support inventory control efforts through proper product handling and documentation.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure operational goals are met.

Qualifications

  • Previous warehouse, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience preferred.
  • Experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift is required.
  • Ability to use RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work overnight hours and perform physical warehouse duties.
  • Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull materials as required.
