We are currently seeking a Bilingual Forklift Operator to start ASAP. The ideal candidate must meet the requirements listed below.
Responsibilities
Load, unload, and scan materials.
Operate a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals.
Maintain a clean and safe work area.
Follow all safety procedures and report any safety concerns to management.
Assist with traffic control as needed.
Be available to work overtime, including weekends.
Schedule:
Start time: 5:00 AM
Must be able to work 10-12 hour shifts.
Requirements
Bilingual (preferred).
Sit-down forklift experience is required.
Valid forklift certification must be presented.
Experience in production, sorting, shipping, and receiving is required.
Ability to lift, bend, reach, and perform physical labor throughout the shift.
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Reliable and punctual attendance.
Ability to work up to 7 days per week, including weekends, as needed.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
