Jr. Router (Bilingual)

Jr. Router is back up to Router, performing the same job when the router is not available. A router is the person who dispatches drivers and compiles a daily route for our drivers. It is a computerized GSP system for our imported customers to map out driver’s routes.
Qualifications and skills for a Junior Router: 

  • Computer skills are a must.
  • Customer service via phones and email
  • Inventory computerized systems
  • Microsoft and computer skills required.
  • The Junior Router must be Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred
  • Proper office attire is required.
  • Prior Experience in office and customer service required.
  • Prior experience in routing or dispatch is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • High level of professionalism and courtesy
  • Excellent time-management skills
  • Works well with others and can multitask
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office software
  • Great attention to detail

Education and Experience Requirements for a Jr. Router:

  • High school diploma or general Education Degree (GED).
  • Experience in a similar role.
