Masis Staffing is looking for a Bilingual Fulfillment lead to join our team working at our client facility in Charlotte, NC 28273. The Lead will be responsible for managing all associates and projects within the Fulfillment Department.

Job Details for Production Lead

  • Schedule Monday- Friday 12:30pm-9:00 pm
  • Pay Rate: $19 and up depend on the experience.

Job Responsibilities for Fulfillment Lead

  • Manage and prioritize order queues to ensure timely shipment of customer orders.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve order issues using our warehouse management/computer systems
  • Assist with picking, packing, and preparing orders as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with the day shift team to ensure a smooth transition between shifts
  • Maintain communication with management regarding daily operations, issues, and priorities.
  • Provide leadership and support to warehouse associates, including communicating instructions in both English and Spanish.
  • Ensure the warehouse is organized, clean, and operating safely throughout the shift.
  • Perform end-of-day closing duties, including securing the facility by closing bay doors and locking the building.

Job Requirements for Fulfillment

  • Bilingual is a must ( English/ Spanish) fluent in both written and spoken.
  • Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or shipping experience required; leadership experience preferred.
  • Comfortable using computers and warehouse management systems
  • Strong multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent computer skills 
  • Great Attitude
  • Highly detail-oriented
  • Organized 
  • Skilled in time management.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
