Remanufacturing Operator

We are currently looking for Remanufacturing Operator. Ideal candidates will have experience working in a manufacturing, warehouse environment, previous quality experience and working with testing hand tools would be helpful!
The position will be reporting to the main Headquarters in Spartanburg South Carolina, but some work might be required in theSpartanburg, South Carolina warehouse.
Position Description
Remanufacturing Operator tests and analyzes the devices, and then follows provided process instructions, schematic diagrams, and mechanical drawings to perform the repairs. They also work with engineers and technicians to identify new failure modes, implement corrective/preventive actions, help develop new repair instructions, and work to hand-written and verbal instructions when necessary.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities
· Perform disassembly, assembly, cleaning, requalification, and rework operations on corded electrical power tools
· Maintain inventory integrity and repair history through diligent record keeping and adherence to established processes.
· Work with, and help develop specialized fixtures, test equipment, and procedures.
· Collect data; update and maintain electronic and written records.
· Complete tasks within standard times, as directed by the supervisor and per established schedules.
· Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
Qualifications/Skills
· High School diploma or equivalent.
· Mechanical aptitude.
· Knowledge and proficiency with Power Tools, Hand Tools, and basic measurement devices.
· Must be self-motivated with the ability to focus and multi-task.
· Flexibility to occasionally perform tasks outside of normal job duties
· Ability to read and understand manufacturing instructions, basic electrical diagrams, and mechanical drawings.
· Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
· Possess basic computer skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
· Must be reliable, innovative, committed, a self-starter, and quality focused.
· Ability to perform repetitious duties while standing for long periods.
· Ability to lift up to 49 lbs.
· Forklift experience (Preferred but not mandatory)
