Commercial & Industrial HVAC-R Service Manager
$42-$47 Per Hour Base Salary + Commissions/Bonus

We are seeking an experienced HVAC-R Service Manager to lead daily service operations, technician scheduling, preventive maintenance programs, customer relationships, and department growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Manage HVAC-R service and preventive maintenance operations.
Schedule and support service technicians.
Develop and grow maintenance agreements and recurring service revenue.
Prepare estimates and proposals for repairs, upgrades, and service contracts.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to field personnel.
Build strong customer relationships and identify new business opportunities.
Assist with recruiting, training, and developing service technicians.
Monitor productivity, job costing, and department profitability.

Qualifications

7+ years of commercial/industrial HVAC-R experience.
Previous leadership experience as a Service Manager, Supervisor, or Lead Technician.
Strong knowledge of:
- RTUs
- Chillers
- Refrigeration Systems
- Boilers & Heating Equipment
- BAS/Controls
- Commercial HVAC Systems
- Cooling Towers & Ventilation Systems
Experience with service estimating and maintenance agreements preferred.
New Jersey Master HVAC-R License is a major plus.
