An individual in this position will be responsible for the complete review process for all documents related to new accounts for financial intermediaries, support for the onboarding of institutional separate accounts, pooled products, high net worth dual contracts, and assist with legal document review for RFPs that come into the firm. They must become familiar with all products, coordinate completion of all documents, and coordinate client responses with all departments involved for account management.
Principal Responsibilities:
Act as primary contact for the onboarding of institutional separate account and pooled product accounts, and potentially new high net worth dual contract accounts from financial intermediaries
Facilitate investment management agreement, guideline, fee schedule, and other document review/negotiation with all pertinent internal and external parties, including clients and their legal teams, as part of new account and RFP processes
Coordinate derivative trading agreement setup and execution with appropriate internal parties
Coordinate amendments/changes to existing accounts as necessary, working with relationship management
Coordinate TIK process for new and existing accounts, as needed
Move documents through all steps to ensure timely completion
Assist in the daily functions and operations of all pooled products
Coordinate new account openings and daily transactions for pooled products, including coordinating transfers of securities
Generate and distribute pooled product pricing and performance information
Monitor large trade activity and perform portfolio notification for pooled products
Qualifications:
Experience in working with high net worth clients, financial intermediaries and institutional clients is required, in addition to the following:
Bachelor’s degree or appropriate equivalent experience
Series 7 License – REQUIRED, NO EXCEPTIONS
Familiarity with contract terminology, specific experience working with investment contracts preferred
At least 2 years of financial industry experience preferred
Proficiency with Microsoft Office – Word and Excel
Exceptional follow up skills and attention to detail
