I placed 4 RM's who are currently there, and they all love it!
This role involves providing comprehensive support to an assigned set of Senior Wealth Advisors by performing an array of duties including account openings, portfolio maintenance (executing and monitoring portfolio transactions, etc.), client reporting, preparing materials for client meetings/ portfolio reviews, addressing any daily client inquiry, etc.
I spoke with them a couple of days ago. They asked me to send them a variety of profiles, which I did, and they subsequently expressed interest in meeting with the following individuals..
Henrietta is a junior level CSA who is working remotely for an out-of-state wealth management firm. She’s seeking a salary of around $70K.
(She’s also sitting on an offer from Wells Fargo as of this morning for $70K.)
Greg is a call center candidate with substance. He's a 2023 grad of a great school (Amherst College), he played hockey at Amherst College, he has Series 7 and Series 63 licenses, and he has a very likable personality.
He’s seeking a salary of around $70K
Shawn is another call center candidate with substance. He's a 2021 Salve Regina University graduate, 3.8 GPA, who is currently working at Fidelity Investments. He has his Series 7 + 63 licenses, he was promoted to the High Net Worth Service Associate position which, as the title implies, is a role that involves exclusively working with the firm's HNW clients, and he has the intangibles: polished, professional, engaging, etc.
He's seeking a salary in the $65K- $70K range
Since Henrietta is sitting on an offer and I haven’t spoken with Shawn in a while than I can use some more targeted candidates if you have/ find them that will fit in the $65K- $75K salary range
They did not bite on Natalie Scott (Mariano) or Josh Azar (Tim)
