Commercial Lines Account Manager

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assists Commercial Lines Account Executive with P&C policy service requests, as dictated by the Commercial Lines Account Executive.
Assists Commercial Lines Account Executive with P&C renewals, as dictated by the Commercial Lines Account Executive.
Assists Commercial Lines Account Executive with rounding out book, as dictated by the Commercial Lines Account Executive.
Generates Proposals and Summaries of Insurance to support the Commercial Lines Account Executive.
Ensures client data integrity through accurate data entry, file maintenance as required by the Commercial Lines Account Executive.
Assists Commercial Lines Account Executive with generating SOV, EXCEL spreadsheets, and related underwriting materials.
Assists Commercial Lines Account Executive with issuing Binders, Certificates, Evidences, ID Cards.
Seeks to develop insurance knowledge through hands-on, active learning opportunities.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

Demonstrates understanding of commercial lines insurance policy forms, coverage, and products.
Demonstrates skills in MS Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel), Adobe, and Agency Management System (EPIC).
Demonstrates success with extensive internet research.
Demonstrates success with insurance related customer management systems.

Demonstrates effective time management skills and the ability to prioritize and complete work as needed without direct supervision.
Demonstrates success at handling multiple tasks and projects and work within deadlines.
Demonstrates ability to build collaborative and productive relationships with Marketing Specialist and Client Service Executives.
Demonstrates strong interpersonal communication skills and strategic and creative thinking abilities.
Has a Property & Casualty Broker license.
