Commercial HVAC Service Supervisor – VRF Expertise
Location: Denver, CO

We are seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Supervisor with expertise in Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) systems to lead our service team. This role requires hands-on technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to manage service operations for a variety of commercial HVAC systems.

Responsibilities of the Commercial HVAC Service Supervisor:

Supervise and support a team of service technicians to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.
Provide technical expertise for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining VRF and other commercial HVAC systems.
Coordinate schedules, assignments, and service requests to meet customer expectations.
Assist in training technicians on VRF systems and advanced HVAC technologies.
Review service reports and ensure compliance with safety standards and protocols.
Collaborate with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and improve service efficiency.

Requirements of the Commercial HVAC Service Supervisor:

Minimum 5 years of experience servicing commercial HVAC systems, with at least 2 years specializing in VRF systems.
Proven leadership experience in supervising or managing service teams.
Strong knowledge of HVAC diagnostics, maintenance, and repair techniques.
Familiarity with electrical systems and controls related to VRF systems.
EPA Universal Certification is required; additional certifications (e.g., NATE, VRF manufacturer training) are a plus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation of the Commercial HVAC Service Supervisor:
$93,000- $124,000/year (based on experience)
