We are currently looking for Production and Assembly associates of Custom Water Purification Systemin Chaska, MN. Ideal candidates will have at least 1 years’ experience in mechanical assembly experience.

Shifts available: Monday through Friday 7:00 am – 3:30 pm

Responsibilities for Production and Assembly Associates in 1st shift position.

  • Building products on the assembly line according to drawings, instructions, or schematics.
  • Following established safety and efficiency procedures to ensure that operations run smoothly.
  • Inspecting assembled products for any faults or defects.
  • Reporting incidents, faulty operations, or product imperfections on the assembly line to management.
  • Solid understanding of production machinery and proper assembly procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Ability to read and understand tape measurement and basic math. Ability to measure quickly and accurately to 1/16th of an inch.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to lift pieces of equipment, as well as stand for hours at a time.
  • Bolts, glues, screws, or otherwise fasten parts together.
  • Operates machines that are needed to perform production work of assembling parts.

Requirements for Production and Assembly Associates on 1st shift position.

  • Solid understanding of production machinery and proper assembly procedures.
  • Excellent knowledge of manufacturing safety protocols and regulations.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy pieces of equipment, as well as stand for hours at a time.
  • • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Work Environment

While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Compensation: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
