Now Hiring – Warehouse Receiver
Join a growing food distribution warehouse in the Chelsea, MA area!
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Receiver to join our Receiving team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in accuracy and organization.
Responsibilities
Receive and inspect incoming shipments
Verify product quantities against purchase orders
Check for damaged, expired, or incorrect products
Document shortages, overages, and other receiving discrepancies
Operate RF scanners and basic computer systems
Maintain accurate receiving records
Communicate receiving issues to supervisors
Follow all food safety, quality, and workplace safety procedures
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned
Qualifications
Previous receiving or warehouse experience preferred
Experience using RF scanners required
Food distribution or produce experience is a plus
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Comfortable working in a refrigerated warehouse (36°F–38°F)
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Schedule
