Stencil Machine Operator

Mesa, AZ

Masis Staffing is seeking a dedicated Stencil Machine Operator to join our Spring Manufacturing Company Team. In this role, you will be responsible for printing stencil markings onto garage door springs accurately and efficiently. This is a Temp-to-hire opportunity with Core hours being Monday to Friday 5:30 am to 2:30 pm.

(flexible summer start time)

Responsibilities of the Stencil Machine Operator:

Print stencil markings onto springs using a stencil machine, and paint color codes onto springs.
Perform quality checks to ensure spring specifications match work orders.
Print information on products according to customer and quality specifications.
Load unfinished products onto the stencil conveyor.
Unload finished products onto pallets and/or carts.
Set up printing templates in the computer or search and select printing templates.
Utilize bar codes on work orders for stencil print processing.
Be willing to be trained and certified on Forklift either during or after conversion.

Requirements of the Stencil Machine Operator:

High school diploma or GED required.
Manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong communication skills required.
Ability to anticipate production needs in a fast-paced environment.
High level of attention to detail, organization, and follow-through skills.
Ability to read, interpret, and carry out instructions in written, oral, and diagram form.
Must be able to complete and pass screening requirements.

Compensation of the Stencil Machine Operator:

$21.50 per hour. Temp-to-hire opportunity with Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance.
