Masis Staffing is hiring experienced Line Leaders for 1st shift at a leading manufacturing facility in New Albany, OH!
Are you a motivated leader with manufacturing experience? We're looking for Team Leads who can keep production running smoothly while leading and supporting a team in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Lead and support production team members to meet daily production goals.
Monitor safety, quality, and productivity throughout the shift.
Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching.
Coordinate workflow and assist with line setup and changeovers.
Troubleshoot production issues and work with maintenance when needed.
Complete production and quality documentation accurately.
Ensure company safety, GMP, and quality standards are followed.
Jump in and assist on the production line as needed.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Line Lead, Team Lead, Shift Lead, or Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
Basic computer skills for production reporting.
Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills are a plus.
Schedule & Pay
1st Shift
Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM-1:00 PM – $21.50/hour
Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-2:30 PM – $21.50/hour
