Job Title: Order Puller Forklift Operator
Location: Litchfield Ave and Sweetwater, Surprise AZ
Job Type: Temp to Hire
Shift: 1^st Shift Mon.-Fri. 7:00am-3:30pm
Pay: $19.00 per hour

Job Summary:
We’re looking for a dependable Order Puller to accurately pick and prepare warehouse orders. This role requires operating a sit-down forklift and supporting shipping, inventory, and general warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Review pick tickets and verify order details
Locate and retrieve items from inventory
Prepare, pack, and label orders for shipping
Inspect items for damage and accuracy
Operate a sit-down forklift and other warehouse equipment
Help with restocking and inventory checks
Maintain a clean, safe workspace
Record order details and communicate with team

Requirements:

Must have experience operating a forklift 2years+
Able to lift 20–50 lbs and stand for long periods
Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
Basic reading and math skills
Good communication and teamwork skills
Previous warehouse experience preferred
Must be able to pass a drug test(swab test)
