Masis Staffing is hiring Warehouse Associates for a growing manufacturing facility! If you enjoy hands-on work, have great attention to detail, and want to be part of creating high-quality products, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.
Schedule and Pay:
3rd shift- Sunday-Thursday, 10:30pm-6:30am at $15.50 an hour.
Responsibilities:
Prepare candle jars, wicks, molds, and production lines for daily manufacturing runs.
Operate wax melting equipment and monitor temperatures to ensure quality and safety standards.
Measure and blend wax, fragrance oils, and color dyes according to established formulas.
Hand-pour wax into containers and inspect finished candles for quality defects.
Trim wicks, clean jars, apply labels, and package completed products for shipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including sanitizing tools and tracking inventory.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, production, commercial baking, or a similar hands-on environment preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately follow formulas and measurements.
Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing repetitive tasks.
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs.
Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
