Job Title: ERP Data Entry Agent

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented ERP Data Entry Agent to support day-to-day data entry within an ERP system. This role requires good computer skills, English proficiency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced cold environment (approximately 40°F) while maintaining accuracy and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Enter, update, and maintain accurate data in the ERP system (orders, inventory, shipments, receiving, production, etc.).
Verify information for completeness and accuracy
Perform routine data audits and support documentation/record-keeping.
Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members to resolve discrepancies.
Meet daily productivity and accuracy goals in a high-volume environment.
Follow all workplace safety, quality, and confidentiality procedures.

Required Qualifications

Good computer skills (comfortable typing, navigating systems, using email and basic office tools).
English proficiency (ability to read, write, and communicate effectively).
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting with frequent deadlines and high attention to detail.
Ability to work in a cold facility environment (40°F) for the duration of the shift.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Work is performed in a cold facility (40°F); appropriate cold-weather gear may be required.
Sitting/standing may vary by workstation; repetitive keyboarding and screen time expected.
Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a busy operational environment.
