The Administrative Clerk serves as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and provides administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. This role plays a key part in order processing, customer account management, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced office environment. Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for customers via phone and email
Maintain and update customer accounts and database information
Coordinate with internal departments (sales, shipping, operations) to resolve issues
Prepare reports, invoices, and administrative documentation
Provide exceptional customer service to build trust and long-term relationships
Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records
Support daily office and administrative operations as needed
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Customer service–driven with a problem-solving mindset
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Must be 18 years or older
Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be willing to submit to a background screen
Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
