Location: Joliet, IL
Hours: 5:30 AM – 1:30 PM (1st) 1:30 PM – 9:30 PM (2nd)
Pay Rate: $21.00 (1st) $21.50 (2nd)

Job Description:
Masis Staffing is now hiring Warehouse Kitting & Receiving Associates in Oswego, IL. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Associates will be responsible for either assembling production kits, receiving incoming inventory, or supporting both functions as needed. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, basic computer skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

  • Pick components from warehouse locations based on work orders and kitting instructions
  • Verify part numbers, quantities, and specifications to ensure kit accuracy
  • Assemble, package, wrap, and box components into complete kits
  • Inspect materials for damage or defects prior to packaging
  • Update inventory records using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS)
  • Maintain accurate inventory counts and material tracking records
  • Safely unload pallets, cartons, and packages from incoming delivery trucks
  • Compare packing slips and shipping documents to purchase orders for accuracy
  • Identify and report shipment discrepancies, shortages, overages, or damaged goods
  • Receive inventory into the warehouse management system using RF scanners and other digital tools
  • Transport and store products in designated warehouse locations
  • Ensure proper labeling, organization, and storage of inventory
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines
  • Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, stoop, push, pull, and lift throughout the shift
  • Ability to work in environments with changing temperatures
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must be willing to submit to a drug screen
  • Must be willing to submit to a background screen
