Machine Operator (Injection Mold)

Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for teamwork and a passion for precision? Our client is seeking a dedicated Machine Operator (Injection Mold) to join their dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on ensuring quality and efficiency in every task.
Responsibilities of the Machine Operator (Injection Mold)
Operate injection molding machines for cast rubber and plastic products.
Monitor machines to ensure consistent material feed operation.
Manually remove molded products from dies.
Inspect molds/dies to ensure they are free of loose materials before cycling.
Trim excess material from parts using basic hand tools such as knives, cutting pliers, and scissors.
Inspect parts for defects using visual and physical examples for reference.
Count and record acceptable and defective products on production report forms.
Package products into the appropriate shipping containers or boxes.
Requirements of the Machine Operator (Injection Mold)
Prior experience operating injection molding machinery is a plus.
Reliable and dependable with good communication skills.
Proficient in using basic hand tools: scissors, cutting pliers, and knives.
Team-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced work environment.
Strong attention to detail and ability to lift 30lbs.
Flexibility to work overtime when required.
Must have reliable transportation.
Compensation/Benefits for the Machine Operator (Injection Mold)
1st shift – 7am to 3pm
$17.50 hourly
