We are seeking a highly motivated Production Associate to join our team in the Non-Durable Goods Manufacturing industry. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and timely production of high-quality goods. You will work closely with the production team to meet production targets and maintain a safe and clean work environment. Minimum Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
· Ability to operate and maintain production equipment
· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
Responsibilities:
· Operate and maintain production equipment to ensure efficient and timely production of goods
· Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and clean work environment
· Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
· Collaborate with the production team to meet production targets and resolve any production issues
· Maintain accurate production records and reports
Skills:
As a Production Associate, you will use your skills in operating and maintaining production equipment, following standard operating procedures, performing quality checks, collaborating with the production team, and maintaining accurate production records on a daily basis. Your attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and commitment to safety will be critical to your success in this role.
