Full-Time | Day Shift
We're hiring a 1st Shift Material Handler to help keep materials moving throughout a clean manufacturing facility in Westborough.
You'll spend your day picking parts, delivering materials to production, stocking work areas, moving inventory, and keeping components organized.
This is a great opportunity for someone with warehouse, stocking, order picking, inventory, or manufacturing experience who wants consistent daytime hours and the opportunity to learn additional manufacturing skills.
Pick and deliver parts and materials to production
Stock and replenish manufacturing workstations
Stage materials needed for upcoming jobs
Count and verify parts and quantities
Move materials throughout the facility
Help with kitting and inventory organization
Enter basic inventory information into the computer system
Use pallet jacks and approved material-handling equipment
Keep warehouse and production areas clean and organized
Work with Inventory, Warehouse, and Production teams
Experience in warehouse, manufacturing, stocking, inventory, order picking, shipping/receiving, or material handling is helpful.
You should be:
Dependable and able to maintain good attendance
Comfortable standing and walking throughout the workday
Able to count and verify parts accurately
Comfortable using a computer for basic inventory transactions
Organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable working independently and with a team
ERP experience is helpful but not required. Training is available.
This position also provides an opportunity to cross-train in electro-mechanical assembly, allowing you to learn additional manufacturing skills and potentially grow into other production opportunities.

1st shift: 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
