Job Title: Housekeeper

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, dependable, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and sanitary guest rooms and public areas while providing exceptional service to guests.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to company standards.
• Change bed linens and replenish towels, toiletries, and other guest amenities.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and maintain assigned areas.
• Remove trash and restock supplies as needed.
• Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly.
• Follow all company cleaning procedures and safety guidelines.
• Provide courteous and professional service to guests and fellow team members.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of one (1) year of housekeeping experience in a resort environment is required.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality setting.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
• Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.

Schedule Requirements:

• Weekend availability is required.
• Must be available to work any shift, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Full-time and part-time opportunities available based on business needs.
