Machine Operator

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring Machine Operators for a leading manufacturer in the medical device industry in Hudson, NH. This is an excellent opportunity for dependable individuals who thrive in a clean, fast-paced production environment.

Schedule & Pay

• Location: Hudson, NH
• Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:45 PM – 6:30 AM
• Pay Rate: $18.30 per hour

Job Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections on manufactured parts.
• Load raw materials into automated production equipment.
• Operate machinery to produce finished products in a cleanroom environment.
• Package raw materials and finished goods according to quality standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English.
• Excellent attendance and a dependable work history.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift.
• Ability to lift up to 15 pounds without assistance.
