We are looking for motivated, hands-on team members to join our production facility in El Mirage, AZ. This is a direct hire role – meaning you start with us as a permanent employee from day one. What you will be doing (your day-to-day):
As a Material Handler (equivalent to a Rigger classification), you will safely handle, move, and organize steel materials and equipment. Duties vary by shift and supervisor direction, but here is what you will get to do:
Operate overhead crane systems to move steel beams, plates, and assemblies
Handle and transport steel components and shop equipment (10–50 lbs)
Assist with cleaning and painting steel (including paint and solvents)
Safely operate a forklift
Load and unload trucks and railcars using cranes and forklifts
Keep the yard and facility clean and organized
Help with general building and equipment maintenance
What we are looking for:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
Ability to follow instructions accurately
Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
Physically able to lift and carry 10–50 lbs, with good strength, mobility, dexterity, stamina, vision, and hearing
Ready to complete a mandatory training period before being assigned to a production shift
Willing to work assigned shifts and overtime as required
