Are you a detail-oriented individual with a knack for organization and communication? Our client is seeking a Bilingual Jr. Router to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient routing and dispatching for our client's drivers, utilizing a computerized GPS system to optimize routes for imported customers.
Responsibilities of the Bilingual Jr. Router
Serve as a backup to the Jr. Router, performing routing duties when needed.
Dispatch drivers and compile daily routes using a computerized GPS system.
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email.
Maintain and update inventory using computerized systems.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Uphold a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions.
Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements of the Bilingual Jr. Router
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office software.
Bilingual capabilities are preferred.
Prior experience in office and customer service roles is required.
Experience in routing or dispatch is preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Excellent time-management skills and attention to detail.
High school diploma or GED, with experience in a similar role.
