Mold Buster / Production Associate

Location: Mesa, AZ

Schedule: Monday – Thursday, Some times on Fridays| 4:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Pay: $18.00 per hour (Temp-to-Hire)

Job Summary: Masis Staffing Solutions is seeking dependable Mold Busters for a manufacturing facility in Mesa, AZ. In this role, you will remove molded rubber parts from molds by separating excess rubber using your hands and hand tools, including a rubber mallet. This position requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work safely in a fast-paced production environment.

This is a hands-on manufacturing position in a shaded work environment. While the work area is covered, it can become hot during the summer months. Candidates should be comfortable working in warm conditions and performing repetitive tasks throughout the shift.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Remove molded rubber products from molds using manual techniques.
  • Pry and separate excess rubber from molds using your hands and a rubber mallet.
  • Inspect parts for defects and ensure products meet quality standards.
  • Handle materials carefully to prevent damage to molds and finished products.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Meet daily production goals while maintaining quality.
  • Follow all company safety policies and work instructions.

Qualifications

  • Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required.
  • Comfortable performing repetitive hand movements throughout the shift.
  • Experience using hand tools or a rubber mallet is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a hot manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to stand for 10–12-hour shifts.
  • Ability to frequently bend, reach, push, pull, grip, and perform repetitive motions.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality are required.
  • Steel toes are required.
