Shipping Associate – Full-Time

Masis Staffing Solutions is currently hiring a Shipping Associate for a full-time, temp-to-hire opportunity with a growing warehouse team in West Springfield, MA. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in being organized, and understands the importance of accuracy and reliability.

Pay Rate: $18.00 – $19.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Type: Full-Time | Temp-to-Hire
Location: West Springfield, MA

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, including LTL and FTL deliveries
• Scan products against packing lists and accurately store inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
• Label packages and ensure products are packed safely and correctly
• Schedule shipments electronically with various carriers
• Assist with warehouse organization, including returns, stocking shelves, recycling, and maintaining a clean workspace
• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to support daily operations

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of warehouse experience, preferably in a smaller warehouse environment
• Ability to follow directions and established procedures accurately
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable work ethic
• Positive attitude and willingness to assist wherever needed
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with EDI shipping requirements
• Experience working with textiles, home décor, or similar products
