Seasonal Mailing Machine Operator – Smartpress

Location: Chanhassen, MN
Seasonal Assignment: August – January
Schedule: Monday – Friday

Shift: 1st and 2nd Shift

3:30 PM – 12:00 AM

Initial training will be completed on the 1st shift before transitioning to 2nd shift.
This is our #1 hiring priority.

1st Shift

7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Additional openings are available on the day shift.
Job Responsibilities

Operate mailing and production equipment
Operate inserters
Operate tabbing machines
Operate envelope sealers
Sort and organize postcards
Follow production and quality standards
Follow USPS regulations and mailing requirements
Maintain a safe and organized work area

Qualifications

Previous mailing or machine operation experience preferred
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
USPS or postal industry experience is a plus
Knowledge of USPS regulations and mailing procedures is helpful
Experience in printing, direct mail, fulfillment, packaging, or production is preferred
