A well-established precision manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Tool Room Supervisor to lead day-to-day tool room operations supporting metal stamping and machined component production.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone with a strong Tool & Die, Jig & Fixture, or stamping tooling background who enjoys troubleshooting, developing employees, improving processes, and keeping production supplied with reliable, high-quality tooling.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a critical manufacturing department while remaining closely involved with the technical side of tooling. You’ll work directly with production and manufacturing leadership to improve tooling reliability, quality, productivity, and overall department performance.
