Financial Analyst 

Our client is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial planning, cost analysis, inventory accounting, and profitability initiatives within a high-volume manufacturing environment. This individual will partner cross-functionally with operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure accurate cost reporting, improve financial visibility, and provide data-driven insights that support strategic business decisions.

Financial Analyst | Responsibilities

• Build and maintain cost models, conduct profitability analysis, support inventory audits, and ensure financial data accuracy across multiple product lines.
• Develop financial forecasts, budgeting models, and ROI analyses while supporting month-end close activities, cost accounting, and inventory reconciliations.
• Partner with operations and supply chain to validate pricing, analyze cost trends, investigate variances, and identify opportunities for cost savings and margin improvement.
• Support customer pricing initiatives by preparing cost models, reviewing contract compliance, and assisting with pricing reconciliation and financial reporting.
• Create KPI dashboards, management reports, and performance metrics to support executive decision-making and continuous operational improvement.

Financial Analyst | Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, or Cost Accounting within a manufacturing, CPG, or similar environment.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with experience utilizing ERP systems; experience with manufacturing ERP platforms is preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and communicate actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across finance, operations, and supply chain teams.

Financial Analyst | Compensation

• $70K – $80K salary dependent on experience
