Masis Staffing is seeking a Pool Core Return Coordinator to join the team of our client. Details below!

Summary:
Responsible for coordinating, maintaining, and expediting the flow of returned assets and materials to ensure smooth production operations and high customer satisfaction. Proactively anticipates and resolves problems, creates conditions to support operational needs, and achieves target service rates. Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills along with proficient knowledge of internal systems to propose process changes, improvement initiatives, and customized solutions for customer needs.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist the front-office customer care team in coordinating return pickups and logistics.

  • Collaborate with sales and account management teams to contact, inform, and remind customers of their return obligations.

  • Ensure compliance with commercial policies and contractual requirements regarding the return of property.

  • Maintain positive working relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

  • Coordinate outbound and inbound shipments of returned assets to appropriate repair or processing facilities.

  • Help identify and resolve receiving discrepancies or documentation errors upon receipt of materials.

  • Manage the induction of returned items into various repair or overhaul facilities, launching appropriate work orders and ensuring all required documentation is shared.

  • Develop and maintain metrics to track the progress and performance of return pipelines.

  • Ensure all relevant databases and enterprise systems are accurate and up to date.

  • Assist in problem-solving and timeline specification for complex or unclear transactions.

  • Serve as a backup for other logistics or asset management team members as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; and/or one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel—including pivots and charts, and PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal and phone etiquette.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound, independent decisions.

  • Strategic thinker who sets priorities and aligns with organizational goals.

  • Flexibility and demonstrated multi-tasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Requirements:

  • Regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms.

  • Frequently required to stand; occasionally required to walk, sit, and talk or hear.

  • Must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.

  • Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color vision, and ability to adjust focus.

  • Occasionally exposed to fumes, airborne particles, or mild chemical agents.

  • Noise level in the work environment is usually quiet.

Other:

  • No supervisory or budget responsibilities.

  • May handle confidential or sensitive information; unauthorized disclosure would lead to an invasion of privacy but poses a low risk of significant organizational damage if errors occur.
