Bilingual Forklift Operator – Start ASAP

Masis Staffing has the perfect opportunity for you! We are currently looking for a Bilingual Forklift Operator to start ASAP.

Responsibilities

Loading and unloading materials.
Operating a sit-down forklift safely and efficiently.
Working on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy.
Making every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without compromising quality.
Working cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and production goals.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Following all safety guidelines and reporting safety concerns to management.
Working overtime as needed, including weekends.

Requirements

Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Sit-down forklift experience is mandatory.
Valid forklift certification must be available.
Production, sorting, shipping, and receiving experience is required.
Willingness to consistently follow all safety guidelines.
Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and reaching.
Ability to work 10–12-hour shifts while standing for extended periods.
Reliable and punctual.
Availability to work 7 days a week, including weekends, as needed.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

Schedule

Start time: 5:00 AM
Must be flexible to work extended hours, overtime, and weekends as needed.

Compensation & Benefits

$17.00 per hour
