About the Role We’re looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about starting their journey in HR. Whether you’re currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field, or you’re a recent graduate eager to gain hands-on experience, this role offers the perfect foundation. Upon transitioning to a permanent position, this role will evolve into a full-scope HR Coordinator position with responsibilities that include:
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition Support
HR Administration & Onboarding
Employee File Management & Compliance
Supporting Daily HR Operations
What You’ll Do
Assist in posting job openings and sourcing qualified candidates
Help review resumes and coordinate interview schedules
Support a welcoming and seamless onboarding experience for new hires
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with company policies
Assist with HR documentation, data entry, and general administrative tasks
Contribute to HR projects and initiatives as the team grows
What We’re Looking For
Current student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Previous internship or experience in recruiting or HR support is a plus, but not required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
A proactive, eager-to-learn attitude
Availability to start on a part-time basis with the goal of growing into a full-time role.
