This role is essential to ensuring high-quality firearm production through expert assembly, machine operation, and quality control in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities of the Assembly Line Worker
• Assemble/install components using hand & power tools, and automated equipment
• Perform routine preventative maintenance on assigned machines
• Conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet strict standards
• Perform rework operations on defective items as directed
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow all safety procedures and report hazards promptly
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes
