Masis Staffing is searching for Bilingual Forklift Operators to support daily warehouse operations. The operator will be responsible for moving, loading, unloading, and placing materials and products safely within the warehouse, maintaining an organized and safe work environment. $20.00 to start-with production reviews every month. Temp to Hire.

Responsibilities

Operate the forklift safely to move and place products and materials.
Loading and unloading trucks and containers.
Move pallets and materials to designated areas of the warehouse.
Assist with receiving, put-away, and shipping activities.
Follow all safety procedures when operating warehouse equipment.
Inspect the forklift and report any equipment or safety issues.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Work as a team to meet daily productivity goals.
Follow supervisors' instructions and report any issues related to inventory or products.

Requirements

Know how to operate electric and gas forklifts, sit-down type.
Ability to operate a forklift safely in a warehouse environment.
Availability to get off the forklift and perform other warehouse tasks as needed and requested by the customer.
Good attention to detail and commitment to safety.
Know how to count boxes correctly.
Ability to lift, stand, walk, bend, and move around within the warehouse during the workday.
Reliable assistance and good work ethic.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift up to 70 pounds

Preferred Experience

Experience working with pallets and warehouse racks.
Experience in receiving, shipping, or general warehouse activities.
Know how to move, stack two or three pallets high and unstack pallets using a sit-down electric forklift.

Language Skills:
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred; Candidates who speak only Spanish are welcome.

Opening hours:
Sunday through Friday, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with Saturdays off and an additional day of rest during the week.
Compensation:
Salary: $20.00 per hour, with the possibility of increasing to $23.00 per hour after satisfactory completion of a 3–4 month probationary period and passing monthly performance evaluations.
