Packaging & Kitting Associate

Location: Minnetonka, MN
Schedule: 1st Shift | 7:00 AM Start
Project Length: 10–12 Weeks

Masis Staffing Solutions is hiring Packaging & Kitting Associates for a seasonal project with Bay Island! This is a great opportunity for reliable, detail-oriented individuals who enjoy hands-on work and working as part of a team.

Job Responsibilities

Package and assemble gift packages according to company standards
Perform kitting and prepare products for shipment
Handle products carefully and ensure packages are complete and properly assembled
Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout the production process
Stand and perform repetitive hand movements throughout the shift
Lift and move items weighing up to 25–30 pounds
Keep the work area clean and organized
Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
Arrive on time and be ready to work at the scheduled start time

Requirements

Good hand dexterity and strong attention to detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality are very important
Ability to lift up to 25–30 pounds
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Ability to stand for extended periods
Previous experience in packaging, assembly, kitting, or warehouse work is helpful but not required
